Revathi Advaithi, President - Eaton Corporation (Asia-Pacific)

Revathi Advaithi is the president - Asia Pacific for Electrical Sector, Eaton Corporation. Eaton is a global $11.9 billion premier diversified industrial manufacturer. Prior to this role, Advaithi was the vice president/general manager for the Electrical Component Business. Advaithi joined Eaton in 1995 in the Global Leadership Development Program as a manufacturing supervisor at the hydraulics facility in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She then held several operational and commercial roles before taking an international assignment as thegeneral manager for the hydraulics business in UK. She left Eaton in 2002 to join Honeywell, where she held several senior roles within the sourcing and supply chain functions before being appointed the vice president and general manager of Honeywell's Field Solutions business.
Advaithi started her career with Xerox India where she was a sales person and territory manager in Chennai, India. She has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India and Master's in Business Administration from Thunderbird - Garvin School of International Business in Glendale, Arizona.
