mukesh Boston-based BITS alumnus Mukesh Chatter is the President and CEO of neoSaej, which creates new platforms for buyers and sellers in online markets. Its most famous product is MoneyAisle.com, an online auctioning portal. In 1997, he founded Nexabit Networks, a highly successful terabit switch/router company which was acquired by Lucent Technologies in 1999 for $900 million. After that, he served as vice-president and general manager of IP products at Lucent Technologies. A holder of several patents in design and development of networking equipment and supercomputers, he founded Axiowave Networks in 2000. Chatter has also served as a general partner at investment firm NeoNet LLC. Red Herring magazine named Chatter as one of the top ten entrepreneurs in 1999. He was also named Rensselaer Entrepreneur of the Year 2001.
