Started an HR consulting firm in 1987 & now consulting in HR domain for over 2 decades! He founded a boutique HR Consulting firm, Corporate Insight in 1992 and is continuing as CEO & Managing Director of the Company. Corporate Insight provides Total HR Solutions to the global & national companies including 30 of the Fortune Five Hundred companies in Search & Selection, Training & Development, Waste Minimisation, H R Audits, etc. He is an Accredited Trainer & International Expert in Waste-Minimisation for UNIDO & UNEP since 1994. He has the distinction of training over 10,000 professionals across the globe. He has also been associated with BITSAA Delhi since 1988 and was Honorary Secretary from 1994 to 1995 & from 1996 till 1998 and then from 2002 to 2004. He is also an active member of CII
