Aman Jain ('91), Vertical Head, Sponsorship
Aman has 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Control, Software process management, Project Management and Software Development. He is currently working with Headstrong and is responsible for Global SEPG function, Delivery Assurance Noida and Information Security function. Prior to this, at Perot Systems (former HCL Perot and now DELL) he was involved in Quality initiatives like CMMI, ISO and BS7799 certifications. He has played a key role as Program Manager in the CMMI v1.2 level 5 journey at Perot Systems and CMMI v1.2 level 3 journey at Headstrong. He is certified in Process Management (BPM) and also CSQA & ITIL foundation certified. He has been involved in project planning, people management and have been regularly conducting trainings on various Quality aspects. Aman graduated from BITS (1991-1995) with BE (Hons) Civil and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He started his career with DLF in execution and management and moved on to grow his expertise in the field of Software Quality Assurance and Control.
